Adult Life Coaching Session 1 Hour

Service Description

I hour session after initial 90 min session has been completed. This session is where we set up your journey plan and I give you the tools to follow through with the plan. These sessions can also be set up when you need support to help you continue working on your plan. These sessions can be set up to start a new plan or make changes to the current one. There is no set number of sessions per plan. Some people may only need the Discovery session, 2 coaching sessions and a Follow-up session. Some people come weekly, some monthly. These sessions are set up according to what you feel you need. I will give suggestions, but I am only here to guide you. This is not therapy. This is where you pick up the pieces and use them to make the life you dream of living.
